				<p>Here are some exercises for strengthening the back by gently stretching the back muscles.  Do each of these exercises five times twice daily preferably in the morning and evening. Later on you can increase the repetitions to ten times.</p>
<p>Do each exercise quite slowly and cautiously.</p>
<p>Stop any exercise that causes discomfort, numbness, weakness or some other sensation.</p>
<p>It is always  good to do some light aerobic exercise such as brisk walking to warm up the muscles before doing any exercise.</p>
<p><strong>Exercise No.1</strong></p>
<p>1. Lie on your back on a mattress<br />
2.  Bend one knee, place your hands upon it and slowly bring it towards your chest.<br />
3. Press your lower back against the floor as you do so.<br />
4. Remain in this position for as much time as you feel comfortable.<br />
5. Come back in the original lying position and relax.<br />
6. Repeat with the other knee.<br />
7.  Do the same exercise with both your knees.</p>
<p><strong>Exercise No.2</strong></p>
<p>1. Lie on your back. Keep your arms on sides. Bend your knees while keeping your feet flat on the floor.<br />
2. Place your lower back flat on the floor. As you do so, your hips will rise upwards.<br />
3. Hold on for about 10 seconds and come back to the original position.<br />
4.  Slowly increase your holding time to one minute.</p>
<p><strong>Exercise No.3</strong></p>
<p>1. Lie with your back on the floor<br />
2. Fold your arms and place them on your chest.<br />
3. Tuck your chin into chest and raise your pelvis so as that your back lies flat on the floor.<br />
4. Raise your head and shoulders from the floor and tighten the muscles of your abdomen as your raise your torso upwards.<br />
5. Remain in this position for 10 seconds and return to your lying position.<br />
6. Repeat this exercise 5-10 times and gradually increase the repetitions.</p>

				<p>Still on the lookout for the best workout on your lower abs? Then you&#8217;re in luck as I will be sharing in this article the three exercises that targets your lower abs. The following exercises have been taught by numerous fitness experts and these exercise, without doubt, will get the best desired results.</p>
<p>Are you ready to remove those beer belly? Hopefully, if you do it right, these exercises will help you get rid of those flabbers. Just remember to do these exercise regularly for best results.</p>
<p>- The first set of exercise is performed by bending your knees and letting, in this instance, both of your big toes touch; thus, making your knees face outwards. W/ your head in the same position as the second set, use your butt as the pivotal point where you swing your legs back &#38; forth. You must be able to feel it, the burning of fats on your lower abs &#8211; right where you want it.</p>
<p>- The second exercise is done by lying on your back, putting your hands on your sides and then stretching your legs on the ground. After this, lift your legs off the floor at an angle, a 45 degree is advisable, and after a few seconds, bring them down again but without touching the floor. Repeat this exercise for ten to fifteen times then go back to the starting position.</p>
<p>- The third set is much like the second one. Get on your starting position similar on the second exercise. Now put your hands somewhere behind your head then lift it slightly above the floor. While doing so, bend your knees so that your legs is touching your stomach; then stretch those legs outwards. Keep in mind that your legs must not touch the ground. Now repeat it for ten to fifteen times.</p>
<p>Now there you have it, three simple exercises that targets your lower abs. Do not overdo the above mentioned exercises and to always start the exercise w/ a lower number of repetitions. After which, you can gradually build your way up. If you feel any pain or discomfort during the workout, stop immediately; you will only end up hurting yourself. Remember, always breath as you workout or you will faint.</p>
<p>Have fun while doing these exercises. If it&#8217;s starting to be tedious, play music or watch tv while exercising. Most of us hate work, isn&#8217;t it? Coming to despise working out will not give the results you&#8217;re hoping for.</p>
