Take five minutes out of your day and work on listening to your pain and getting to understand it better. You can learn a lot from a little pain. He results will be dramatic and you will not only feel better, but really be better for a long time to come. You will also learn how to improve posture.
Many books on the subject can be found online and off. Take the time to read a couple of them and practice the exercises in them. See what it is that works and keep it up. Now it doesn’t have to be a 30 minute workout. Just a 5 minute concentration of mental energy on the afflicted area combined with a set of smooth, fluid, water-like movements is all it takes.
